Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use lancolink.com or request a free Leak Audit, and section 5 sets out how our text messages work. By using the site or requesting an audit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

"Lanco Link," "we," and "us" mean Lanco Link LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company based in Lancaster County. "You" means the person using the site or contacting us, and the business you represent, if any.

2. Signed agreements come first

If you buy an install or a monthly service from us, you will sign a Service Agreement and scope sheet. That signed agreement sets the scope, price, term, cancellation, and guarantee for the work. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell anything at a particular price. Prices and scope are agreed in writing before any work starts.

3. Using the website

You may use lancolink.com to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:

• copy, republish, or resell the site's content,
• scrape the site or run bots against it,
• try to get around its security or interfere with how it works, or
• use it for anything unlawful or misleading.

The site is general information about what we do. It is not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. Dollar amounts and situations described on the site are illustrations, not statements about your business.

We may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they say or do.

The Lanco Link name, logo, and the text and design of this site belong to us. Product names that appear on the site, such as dispatch and scheduling software, belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless we say so.

4. The free Leak Audit

• It is free, and you are not obligated to buy anything.
• To prepare it, we may call your business's public phone number, submit your public website form, and review your public listings and reviews, the same way a customer would. These test contacts are few, and their only purpose is to see how your business responds.
• The report is yours to keep and use however you like, whether or not you hire us.
• Figures in the report are estimates built from the numbers you give us and what we observe. They are rounded down on purpose, and they are not a promise of any result.
• We schedule audits around a limited calendar and may reschedule or decline a request.

5. Text messages

Program. Lanco Link sends text messages from 717-601-2211 about your inquiry, scheduled calls and audits, services you have with us, and support. We do not send promotional texts.

How you join. You join by texting 717-601-2211 first, or by asking us by email to text you. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything.

Frequency. Message frequency varies with how many conversations and appointments you have with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping. Reply STOP at any time. QUIT, CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT OUT, OPTOUT, and REVOKE work too. You will get one reply confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts from us. Reply START to rejoin.

Help. Reply HELP, email justin@lancolink.com, or call 717-601-2211.

Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We never share your mobile number or consent with anyone for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Our clients' texts are separate. If you receive texts from a business that uses a system we run, those texts are that business's program and follow its terms. Replying STOP to that business's number stops its texts.

6. Email

We may email business contacts about our services. Every email includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-outs promptly, always within 10 business days.

7. What you agree to

• The information you give us is accurate, and you are authorized to speak for your business.
• If you give us access to an account, such as your phone service, website, or business software, you have the right to give us that access.

8. No guaranteed results

We report what a system's logs show. We do not guarantee revenue, jobs, leads, reviews, ratings, or close rates. Any service commitment we make to a client is only the one written into that client's signed agreement.

9. Disclaimers

The website, the free Leak Audit, and any information we provide before a signed agreement are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will always be available or free of errors. Phone carriers, messaging platforms, and other outside services can fail or change in ways we don't control.

10. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, that arise from the website, the free Leak Audit, or these terms. Our total liability under these terms is limited to $100.

This section does not limit any liability that the law does not allow us to limit. For paid services, the liability terms in your signed agreement apply instead of this section.

11. Your responsibility to us

If someone brings a claim against us because you misused the site or broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that claim causes us, including attorney's fees.

12. Disputes

Pennsylvania law governs these terms.

If you have a problem, email justin@lancolink.com first. We will work in good faith to fix it within 30 days. If we can't, either of us may bring the dispute in the state courts of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania (including a magisterial district court for small claims) or, where it has jurisdiction, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and we both agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Changes apply from that date forward. They never change a signed agreement, and they do not apply to a dispute that started before the change.

14. The rest

• These terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement about your use of the site and our free services.
• If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
• We may transfer these terms to a new owner if the business is sold or merged. You may not transfer them without our written consent.
